SALES REPRESENTATIVES

CARESTREAM MEDICAL, due to its continuing rapid growth as a Canadian distributor of Respiratory, Anesthesia, EMS and Biomedical Testing Equipment, is currently searching for qualified individuals as Sales Representatives for the following sales territories:

  • Alberta
  • British Columbia
  • Quebec (bilingual)

The preferred applicant would be:

  • a Respiratory Therapist
  • a self starter
  • organized
  • a team player
  • have the ability to work independently

Previous sales experience is always preferred but not necessary.
Compensation of salary, vehicle and benefits exceed hospital contracts.

BILINGUAL ADMINSTRATIVE MANAGER

 

CARESTREAM MEDICAL is listed in the Top 200 fastest growing companies in Canada, based on results over the last 5 years.  Due to continuing rapid growth as a Canadian distributor of Respiratory, Anesthesia, EMS, and Biomedical Testing Equipment, Carestream Medical has a full time position available for a working Bilingual Administrative Manager.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Assisting in all areas of office related matters, including customer service, bids/tenders process, marketing related activities and handling rebate requests.
  • Overseeing a staff of 6 and managing daily activities in the normal course of business

Requirements:

 

  • Must be bilingual, both English and French written and verbal
  • Must be very strong and have the ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Must be able to function independently, and within a team environment
  • Must be well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Respiratory Therapy background preferred, but not mandatory

 

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Technical Service Representative/Biomed Technician
(Western Canada)

Carestream Medical Ltd., one of the top 200 fastest growing companies in Canada, based on the last 6 years financials, is currently accepting applications for a Technical Service Representative.

A Nationwide distributor of Respiratory, Anaesthesia, and Biomedical Testing Equipment, we are looking to fill one position for our Eastern Region and the other one to be filled for our Western Region.
 
The position involves repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting a variety of medical devices, including ventilators and pulmonary function systems, Position involves travel to customer sites, and in-house IT work.
 
Candidates should have a minimum of a diploma in biomedical engineering technology or equivalent. Previous experience with Respiratory, Cardiopulmonary and Anesthesia equipment is preferred. Candidate with IT experience is a definite asset. The candidate applying for the position in Eastern Region must be bilingual. Salary is negotiable based on experience, generally exceeds hospital contracts. Group RRSP and Health/Dental benefits package available after 3 months of employment.
